Other uses

Ship decks, parking facilities or zoo enclosures—as different as the areas can be, or whatever the requirements, appropriate floor coverings can be developed.

DEGADUR® delivers custom systems for all uses.

  • Ship decks: Especially for deck coverings on ships, German Lloyd AG in Hamburg has only approved products which can fulfill high requirements and loads such as seawater resistance and non-slip surfaces Several DEGADUR® systems fulfill these demands.
  • Parking facilities: For coverings in parking facilities, there is a requirements specification which must meet the “Guidelines for Protection and Maintenance of Concrete Components.” A covering system with DEGADUR® fulfills the conditions, including grip, wear-resistance and impact resistance
  • Electrostatic: In many areas it is necessary to prevent static loads in order to protect personnel or prevent the destruction of electronic components. DEGADUR® 580 special resin is electrically conductive according to the TUV certificate and therefore is recommended for rooms in the pharmaceutical, electronic and chemical industries, among others.
